• How can I delete a Professional from the list of My Professionals?

  From “My Professionals” screen, 1. Tap on the ‘…’ on the top right corner of the desired Professional’s section 2. Select “Removing from My professionals”

• How can I find my Professional?

  Tap on “Search” at the bottom tool bar Search by name, business name, or area of expertise Tap on the desired Professional to get to their Profile page

• How can I send a message to my Professional?

  From “My Professionals” screen Tap on the desired Professional to get to their Profile page Tap on the text icon to send a message

• How can I share my Professional’s business card with a friend?

  From “My Professionals” screen, 1. Tap on the ‘…’ on the top right corner of the desired Professional’s section 2. Tap on “Share this professional” 3. Select a method to send the business card

• I cannot find my Professional in the app. What can I do?

  Your Professional is not a subscriber of MyCue. If you think they will benefit from using MyCue, please inform them about it, or submit a "Client Referral Form" on our website (https://www.mycueapp.com/clients/referral/).

• I see my Professional in the app – how come I can’t book an appointment with them?

  The Professional has not enabled online booking, so please call/text them directly.
